Our first-born daughter Hannah Iyanuoluwa Oghosa (just a few of her names) Momoh-Jamesy turn one in May, and we are super grateful and truly bless God!!
One year of life is not the easiest. With all the newborn parenting books, blogs, and apps you still don’t get a direct rule book to raise and care for your baby. Only our relationship, constant prayers, and guidance from Christ equipped us with aiding Hannah’s many head bumps while crawling and walking by making caring for her easy! Our daughter has not been sick not once except when she had a runny nose and breastmilk helped her recover very fast; she has not been to A&E (the emergency room) , she is hitting all her milestones and loves saying the Word Amen.
We had a little get together in our back-garden not only because she is one and a trend but because we want to celebrate her life everyday and every year God adds to it. The theme was ‘God’s Chosen’ because Hannah , including you and us all are chosen and special by God!
We had a one year old baby registry on Amazon filled with books and small other bits that we are blessed friends bought from to gift Hannah HERE.
A few party advice for anyone planning one in the UK:
•The cake table flowers, cups, spoons, napkins, plates, party bag favor, and straws were from The Range.
•All balloons were from Card Factory
•Entertainer was from Magic Mirror Parties
•God’s Chosen banner was gotten on Amazon
•One-12 year old garland was gotten on Amazon
•Hannah’s shoes were gotten from RedBabyLove
•Her personalized party bags were gifted from Nigeria.
•The personalized Instagram like photo-frame was from ‘EzetchGB’ on Etsy
•Anything else like the table, chairs, and food are a mixture of ours and friends.
